The door is designed to open only one way, but to allow passage of prams, rucksacks and other bulky objects without hindrance. It comprises a cage unit and a turning unit inside this. There are two, or at the most three, rows of cantilever arms (3) in connection with the cage, and a row of fixed arms acting as an absolute barrier in one direction. Relative dimensions of arms and cage are such as to allow wide passage, but the arms can also prevent passage of animals above a certain size. The door can be both manually and power operated.
