The sports shoe sole is made of flexible plastic and has replaceable grip studs (8, 8') and permanently fixed protuberances. Triangular mounting (7) on the base of the sole (1) each have three cavities (14) into which are inserted, triangular grip studs (8, 8') which are then twisted by sixty degrees and locked in position. In a horse-shoe shaped on the base of the sole (1) are two parallel, then converging bridge pieces (2) joining the outer mountings (7), with pins (3) on. On the front of the sole (1) are backward pointing wedges and roof-shaped wedges (4'). In the middle of the sole (1) are angled grips (4) with studs (3') at the ends. In the back of the sole (1) are wedges (6) alternately facing forwards and backwards.
