PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing equipment for sheet-like foods capable of inhibiting unevenness of temperature of a rotating drum and reducing running cost by improving efficiency of energy. SOLUTION: This manufacturing equipment includes a hollow rotating drum 10, a nozzle 22 located on the peripheral surface of the rotating drum and a hopper 19 supplying a pasty dough to the nozzle, and the rotating drum comprises a peripheral face plate combined with side face plates on both side, installing openings on the both side face plates each at the position close to the center, setting one opening as a ventilation opening from inside of the rotating drum to outside, inserting a fuel feeding pipe 25 extending to inside of the rotating drum from a mixer 24 at the outside of the rotating drum, locating a gas burner 32 connected with the fuel feeding pipe on the position lower than the center of the inside of the drum, setting the gas burner to heat the internal circumference of the drum without fixing it to the rotating drum, and the fuel feeding pipe is communicated with a mixing container for mixing the fuel gas with air.
