<p>The arrangement for metered actuation of a toilet flushing system has a flushing cistern with valve actuating rod. The cistern rod actuated with a knob or with an actuating lever. The actuating rod is provided with a cylindrical tubular freely moving float. The flushing system can be modified easily in already existing and also in new cisterns so that flushing is possible with metered quantities of water. The arrangement is provided with a weight (5) which acts agains the buoyancy of the float (1). The float (1) has longitudinal groove (2) and the weight (5) is placed on this float. The weight consists of two semicircular rings (5a, 5b) which form a complete ring. Each half is provided on its inner face with a lug (6) which engage with longitudinal grooves (2) of the float. The semicircles are held together by a rubber 0 ring (8) which is fitted into groove (7) on the circumference of the semicircles.</p> |
