PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a plastic card is provided to gentrify the image of a plastic card by achieving a high quality metal layer, and to reduce the cost of manufacturing of the plastic card by enabling the mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a plastic card(10) comprises the steps for preparing a deposition film(100) and a print film(400); applying an acryl coating layer(200) on both surfaces of the deposition film to improve the wear-resistance and the weather ability of the deposition film; deposing a metal layer(300) on at least one surface of the deposition film by using any deposition method selected from a sputtering deposition, an ion beam deposition, an electron beam deposition, and an evaporation; and printing desired contents on the print film; attaching the print film to the metal layer by using an adhesive(500).
