PURPOSE: A vacuum rice packing container and a vacuum packing method thereof are provided to keep the freshness of rice for a long time by storing the rice in a vacuum container directly from a rice polishing device. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum rice packing container includes a main body(1) formed with a predetermined internal space for storing rice, and a lid(2) integrally formed at an upper part of the main body, wherein the internal air of the main body is discharged for vacuuming the inside of the main body and the lid is sealed at the upper part of the main body for maintaining the rice in a vacuum state.
