<p>PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy of picking, shorten a work time and achieve labor saving by delivering an article from an automatic warehouse to an automatic transfer device on the basis of a delivery command, transferring the article in a transfer position by means of a conveyor, and automatically classifying the article in each tray by means of an automatic classifying device. CONSTITUTION:An unillustrated management computer inputs a delivery command into a control computer 14 in a storage area to thereby drive a delivery conveyor 7 and a transfer conveyor 9 on the basis of delivery data. An automatic warehouse controller 13 delivers an article mounted on a rack 16 on the basis of the delivery command by means of a crane 15. The article is transferred from the delivery conveyor 7 to the transfer conveyor 9 so as to be conveyed in a transfer position. Upon drive of an automatic transfer device 10, an article in a bucket is transferred to a conveyor 3. After retrieval of an empty tray 2, the article on the conveyor 3 is transferred to the empty tray 2 and to a shoot 4, to be thus classified. With this constitution, labor saving can be achieved and accuracy can be enhanced.</p> |
