The first output of the pulse generator is connected to the complementing input of the frequency divider. The outputs of the digit counters are connected to the respective first inputs of the comparison circuit, whose output is connected to the input of the actuating unit. The information inputs of the digit counters are connected to the respective information outputs of the code setting unit, the record enabling input of each digit counter is connected to the respective control input of the code setting unit. The start output of the code setting unit is connected to the nullification input of the frequency divider, to the first nullification inputs of the frequency dividers, nullification inputs of the digit counters and to the control input of the pulse generator. The second output of the pulse generator is connected to the complementing inputs of the frequency dividers. The output of each frequency divider is connected to the complementing inputs of the digit counters via the respective inverter. The complementing inputs of the digit counters are connected to the frequency divider output, and the output of each digit counter is connected to the own interlocking input, control input of the respective digit counter and the second nullification input of the respective frequency divider.
