cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with conditioning and washing cosmetic composition for keratin fibers. Said composition contains in aqueous medium: (A) at least one nonvolatile vegetable oil, (B) at least one anionic surface-active substance of sulfate type, and (C) at least one nonionic surface-active substance of alkylpolyglycoside type. Ratio of B to C is less or equal to 2. Proposed method also deals with washing and conditioning of keratin materials, particularly, hair using said composition.
