SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in that shut-off member of knuckle joint is made in the form of slide valve. Accommodated in knuckle joint body are controlled hydraulic chambers acting on hollow shaft to change direction of drilling. Hollow shaft connected with spindle is capable of deviation from body axis of deflecting tool due to design of bearings. Spindle is made for rotation in bearings or in ball support, and deflecting tool support on well walls is made in the form of lower coupling installed on deflecting tool body and having milled longitudinal splines pointed to top.
