chemical mechanical engineering, in particular extrusion equipment for manufacture of blanks of plane profiles of motor tires of various rubber stocks. SUBSTANCE: the hinged extrusion head has a body, hinged middle and upper parts. The mentioned head parts are mounted with formation with the body of two feeding conduits positioned one above the other for communication of the extruders with the profiling assembly. The profiling assembly consists a casing, initial and end gauges made for replacement. The side approaches of the section of the feeding conduit for the tread stock in the initial gauge are made in the form of a bent profile with two blades turned relative to each other through a definite angle. The outlets of the feeding conduits for the tread stocks and mini-side walls in the initial gauge make up a partition in the form of a trapezoid. The joint line of the end gauge is lifted from the base of the outlets of the initial gauge. Chamfers are made on the side of the approach of the rubber stocks on the end gauge. EFFECT: manufacture of plane profiles of rubber stocks with observation of the required geometric form of the junction line. 5 dwg
