<p>PURPOSE:To wake up a user without fail and to enjoy pictures or sounds by providing a picture display control circuit, which reads the specified picture and display it on a picture display for a fixed time when a power source is turned on, and providing an alarm circuit to generate an alarm tone. CONSTITUTION:When a set time comes, a power-on signal 22 of a timer circuit 11 comes to an H level and a power supply circuit 12 is activated. Then, a power supply voltage 23 is supplied to the whole timer circuit. Simultaneously, a start signal 20 comes to an H level and an alarm signal switching circuit 2 selects an alarm tone 18 to be outputted from an alarm tone generating circuit 6 and inputs the tone to an electronic volume 3. The output of this volume 3 is sound-amplified 4 and the alarm tone is generated from a speaker 5. A volume controller 7 is activated by the start signal 20 and a volume control voltage 19 is increased with the passage of time. By the change of the signal 20 to the H level, a picture display control circuit 14 is activated and the specified picture, which is stored in a picture storing circuit 13, is read. Then, a specified picture signal 24 is outputted. Afterwards, a video signal switching circuit 16 selects the signal 24 and the picture is displayed.</p> |
