A board rack (30) is connected to the back of a front panel (1) by snap connectors (31). These snap connectors each include a first part which is rigidly joined to the front panel, and a second part which is elastically joined to the board rack. When the snap connectors are detached, the second parts of the snap connectors must be moved outwards. To prevent the snap connectors from becoming detached when not required, e.g. if the time lag relay is shaken, the elastic second parts are formed so that, in the attached state and if the housing cover (27) is in place, their outer lateral surfaces fit closely to its inner side. The snap connectors are thus locked when the housing cover is in place, and can only be detached after the housing cover is removed. <IMAGE>
