<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data terminal device which acquires a license for reproduction of an enciphered contents data when ciphered contents data are acquired from a recording medium. SOLUTION: A personal computer copies from a CD-ROM enciphered contents data, contents files 601-60n and a server information file to hard disc 530, and requests deliver of a license of enciphered contents data to a delivery server based on access means and access destination address contained in the server information file, and receives the license. Then, it is stored in license area 5215B of a memory of license management device 520 for storing the received license.</p> |
