<p>An inspection and correction device for liquid, pref. oil, levels is used. It comprises a tank of liquid at high pressure, and liquid flow is controlled by an electrically operated valve. A dip-stick is provided having two coaxial pipes, the first of which is connected to the tank while the second allows a measurement to be made of the back pressure created by the rising of liquid in the cavity where filling is envisaged. This second coaxial pipe is connected at one of its ends through a restriction to a reference pressure generate and also to a pressure transducer which provides an electrical output signal. A control unit is connected to this transducer and also to a valve.</p> |
