PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems such as low impressions of a promotional sentence for commercial advertisement in a conventional prize contest wherein it requires time-consuming writing work for answering on each postcard and a high cost for buying postcards, and is incapable of collecting a large number of application cards. SOLUTION: A promotional sentence for advertisement is transmitted from a host computer A to a cellular phone B, and the promotional sentence is inputted by means of a key input part 1 in the cellular phone B. A time required for inputting the sentence is measured to be transmitted to the host computer A, and on condition that the inputted letters matches the promotional sentence, the rank of the measured time is returned. Identification information of an applicant matching a predetermined rank is outputted for sending a prize to the corresponding applicant. |
