PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chip electronic part which is easily positioned and improved in fixing properties and plating properties. SOLUTION: The angle of the four corners of a rectangular three-chip resistor unit 1 is set at a right angle, and side electrodes 7 located at each of the four corners is set larger in width than the other side electrode 7 located other than the four corners in the direction in which the electrodes are arranged. The rectangular corners (four corners) of the chip resistor unit 1 can be easily recognized, and the chip resistor unit 1 can be easily positioned in a manufacturing method.
