<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing and insulating unit that enables a pipe that is inserted in the hollow part of a one-piece type reinforcing and insulating unit to be taken out of the unit easily and reliably without causing troubles including breakages, which thereby reduces cost, and which can be mounted to a connection part by preventing the degradation of electrical performance of the one-piece type reinforcing and insulating unit. SOLUTION: The reinforcing and insulating unit, made of a one-piece type elastic insulator, is mounted on the outside circumference of the connecting part of the end parts of a power cable. A protruding part to the outside in the radial direction is formed solidly with a pipe member 10, on the drawing-out side end part of the pipe member. By applying a force in the direction of separating the protruding part from the reinforcing and insulating unit, the pipe member is pulled out of the reinforcing and insulating unit.</p> |
