A therapeutic leg and foot device for use prone or when ambulant comprises an L-shaped flexible transparent acrylic plastic member with channel-shaped leg, curved heel and contoured foot sections, the last extending from the heel at right angles to the leg section and being shorter than the adult human foot. The leg channel is flattened at the heel and the heel section is narrower than the other sections and has a free and unflanged edge to permit foot flexing. The foot section exerts a pressure of 30-50 lb towards the leg when flexed away from the rest position and the device is releasably securable to the leg and foot. A strip may be mounted to the foot section to keep bedclothes out of contact.
