A thin layer switching network with capacitive and opt. resistive electrical components is produced by applying a photo-sensitive, negatively working lacquer to the surface of a metal network and then exposing it to a potential negative to that of the desired capacitive condenser plates. Unexposed zones were dissolved out. Bared metal zones were anodically oxidised, followed by removing the exposed lacquer zones. The lacquer is improved with trially cyanurate prepolymers and/or triallyl cyanurate pre-polymers with allyloxy and/or allyl ester gp.-contg. cpds. and N-maleimide gp.-contg. cpds. with one or several of these gps., in which maleimides -C=C- bond bears H, H- and Cl-, or H- and Me gps. Lacquer has a disruptive voltage resistance >300 v direct voltage.
