Thin film evaporator with rotor-mounted wiper blades - esp. of PTFE has all other internal surfaces enamelled

A thin film evaporator consists of a (vertical) cylindrical vessel, the inner face of which acts as the heating surface and is swept by PTFE or similar wiper elements mounted on radial arms of a coaxially mounted rotor shaft. The inner wall face of the vessel and the rotor unit, except for the PTFE wiper elements are all enamelled in corrosion-resistant enamel. Pref. the rotor shaft if top-mounted only outside the vessel, in a hearing, while the lower end of the shaft is freely suspended. All parts with the exception of the wiper blades themselves are of corrosion-resistant material and there are no bearings inside the vessel itself to be subject to corrosion.
