PURPOSE:To prevent the recording contents of a recording medium from being stolen by suspending the execution of a program in the case a prescribed discriminating signal is not contained in data which is read out. CONSTITUTION:This system uses a recording medium D in which a ROM area 2 and a RAM area are included, and also, which is constituted as the ROM area 2 in which data containing a discriminating code is stored in a specific position described in a program. In this state, the program is executed by using the data stored in one area or both areas of the ROM area 2 and the RAM area in a storage area 3 in the recording medium D. In that case, the data of the ROM area 2 in which the data containing the discriminating code is stored is read out, and in the case a prescribed discriminating signal is contained in the date which is read out, the program is executed, and in the case the prescribed discriminating signal is not contained in the data which is read out, the execution of the program is suspended. In such a way, stealing of the recording contents of the recording medium D is prevented. |
