<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch type printed matter in which information on lottery printed on a paper can be effectively prevented from being seen through and which can be inexpensively prepared. SOLUTION: In the scratch type printed matter 30 in which the lottery information 13 consisting of letters, marks, figures, etc., are printed on the paper 11 and an opaque masking layer 15 is laminated on the surface of the lottery information 13 through a colorless transparent releasing layer 14 and the lottery information 13 is made to visibly appear by releasing the masking layer 15, a white printed layer 12 on which a ground tint is printed with a white ink is laminated between the paper 11 and the lottery information 13 and the lottery information 13 is printed with a colored ink.</p> |
