PURPOSE:To produce the filter module cheaply and simply, by forming the multilayered coated film by supplying the film-forming substances on the surfaces inside the cylindrical carrier at the same time together with the flow of thin layer of the other single film-forming substance, after the overlapped layers have been formed by contacting the whole (one) part of plural film-forming substances in a state of surface to surface inside the cast bob moving relatively to the cylindrical carrier. |
