PURPOSE: A process for preparing Korean traditional wines, Takju and Yakju using inorganic mineral free distilled water is provided, thereby preventing the accumulation of the inorganic mineral in the human body. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing Korean traditional wines Takju and Yakju using inorganic mineral free distilled water comprises the steps of: boiling water at 100 deg. C using a conventional distilled water apparatus to prepare the distilled water(1) which has no inorganic minerals, bacteria and virus; mixing the distilled water(1) with the conventional main ingredients including rice, wheat flour and other grains and the conventional fermentation material; and fermenting the mixture.
