PURPOSE: An air conditioner with an indoor temperature measuring unit is provided to measure indoor temperature far from the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An indoor temperature measuring unit comprises a temperature sensor(32) installed on a remote controller(30); a radio frequency transmitting part(34) transmitting indoor temperature measured by the temperature sensor to an air conditioner indoor unit(20) through radio frequency; a radio frequency receiving part(26) receiving indoor temperature value transmitted by the radio frequency transmitting part; and a control part(27) determining indoor temperature based on value received through the radio frequency receiving part and value sensed by an indoor temperature sensor(25) installed within the air conditioner indoor unit.
