PURPOSE: An umbrella hat with both umbrella and parasol functions is provided to change it from a stored or carried state to a wearing state very conveniently or vice versa. CONSTITUTION: The hat comprises a hat brim(A), a hat head body(B) and a hat head cover(D), the hat comprising a plurality of hat frames(1,2,3) forming each of the components of the hat and having a hole formed on the tip region of the portion forming the hat head cover(D); a hat cloth(A1,A2) surrounding the plurality of hat frames(1,2,3) and foldable and unfoldable along the movement of the hat frames(1,2,3); and hooks formed on the opening and closing regions of the hat frames(1,2,3) in order to fold or unfold the hat cloth(A1,A2).
