<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having a high Q value, capable of controlling a primary temperature coefficient τ<SB>f</SB>of resonance frequency in the vicinity of 0 ppm/°C and also having a low absolute value of a secondary temperature coefficient β. <P>SOLUTION: The composition has a composition expressed by Ba äZr<SB>x</SB>(Mg<SB>a</SB>Co<SB>1-a</SB>)<SB>y</SB>(Nb<SB>b</SB>Ta<SB>1-b</SB>)<SB>z</SB>}<SB>v</SB>O<SB>w</SB>: (x+y+z=1). Wherein, x, y and z are within the range (excluding the points on the line CD) surrounded with a polygon ABCD having vertexes A(0.20, 0.278, 0.522), B(0.20, 0.252, 0.548), C(0, 0.315, 0.685) and D(0, 0.348, 0.652), and in addition, 0<a<1.0, 0<b<1.00 (wherein, b=0 is included when v≥1.00) and 0.96<v<1.04 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
