<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project managing system for supporting the business of a dedicated facilitator, and for making it easy for a user to perform an operation when retrieving past records by oneself instead of by the dedicated facilitator. <P>SOLUTION: Communication history information including information to specify the generation point of time of inter-user communication, document history information including information to specify the generation point of time of an operation associated with documents related with a project, and access history information including information to specify the generation point of time of access to a document related with the project is recorded so as to be classified for each project. Then, a control part 14 collects records associated with the project under consideration, and generates and presents an image showing the recording frequency of the communication history information, the document history information, and access history information in relation with time-series on the basis of the collected records. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
