<p>The keyboard switch has an actuating element and at least two contacts connectable by a contact bridge. A diode is integrally provided within the switch and lies path from one contact to the other one, via the contact bridge. Preferably one of the contacts is in the form of the diode. Alternately one contact, or the contact bridge, is provided with semiconductor material, coated by a conductive substance. A common contact may be connectable to several countercontacts, the diodes in such instance being provided in a part of the conductive paths only. The contacts and several switching bridges may be provided for several conductive paths.</p> |
