Plastics insulating layer for walls - is sprayed on rough wall surface and finished with conventional plaster

The continuous shield insulation layer is suitable for replacing conventional rough plastering. The surface for adhesive bonding of insulation plates is readily smoothened and the number of operations is reduced. A homogeneous, single layer thermally insulating plastics layer is deposited on the building outside walls. this material is sprayed under high pressure. This generates a jointless thermal insulation layer which is directly connected to the wall substrate. The thickness required is determined by spacers attached previously to the wall surface. The spacers can be foam plastics tubes indicating the depth of deposition. The final conventional plaster layer is placed on top of the sprayed plastics.
