Car washing plant mud disposal - with siphon and siphon tank transferring mud from collecting pit to barrels

The mud disposal plant of a motor car washing installation includes a siphon for the mud collecting pit below floor level and a siphon tank. The latter is fitted with strainers and acts as a precleaning device for the circuit of a suction pump which recycles the wash water through a cyclone to a clean water tank. The raised siphon tank is easy to discharge into a mud barrel. The mud collecting pit need not be cleaned out manually and the mud is discharged into barrels for disposal.
