The organomanganese compound may be methylcyclopentadienylmanganesetricarbonyl. The tin compound may be tetra butyl tin, dibutyl tin dichloride, dibutyl tin acetate, dibutyl tin di-2- ethyl-hexoate or dibutyl tin dilaurate. Triethyl citrate, tripropyl citrate or tributyl citrate may be present.</p> |
