A pneumatic bias tire for improving separation is provided to decrease the number of body plies and turn-up ends of carcass cords by weaving the carcass cords and pressurizing rubber. A pneumatic bias tire includes an inner liner rubber layer(330) attached to the tire to protect a cord and to prevent moisture absorption, a body ply(340) supporting load, bearing impact and resisting fatigue in buckling during traveling, a tread rubber layer(310) directly contacted to a surface of a road, a breaker layer(320) formed between the tread rubber layer and the body ply, and a side wall(350). The breaker layer prevents the tread rubber layer from being separated from the body ply, and protects the body ply by relieving shock from the surface of the road. The body ply is formed by weaving cords and rolling with rubber. |
