<p>A fast emptying device is for a chamber of a pneumatic cylinder. It consists of a body which has an inner distributor chamber. This chamber is connected by a first line with the outlet of a control slide of the cylinder by a second line with the feed line of the cylinder chamber and by a third line with atmosphere. In the distributor chamber there is a system to create a connection between the first two lines in a first position when the third line is cut-off. In a second position, there is a connection between the second and third lines, when the first line is cut off according to whether the pressure difference of the fluids in the first two lines is positive or negative. Specifically, the means to fix the device and to connect the second line (4) with the feed line (12a) of the cylinder chamber consist of a screw (9), which has an axial recess (9a) in the form of a blind hole which passes through the body (1).</p> |
