A flatcar for transportation of pipes of large diameter includes a frame mounted on two bogies, end walls rigidly fixed on the frame and lateral posts with elastic coating turned inward flatcar, and also a device for fastening of load made as flexible elements with protective coating from elastic material and screw mechanism of tension located on one of the lateral posts. Each flexible element is made from rope and two chains connected with the rope through the ears. One chain at the free end from the side of mechanism of tension is equipped with a hook, and the second chain by the last ring of free end is rigidly fixed on one of the lateral posts. Each lateral post is equipped with a catch, in this case on one of the lateral posts the catch is rigidly fixed, and on other lateral post the catch is fastened with the rod of the mechanism oftension. Each catch is made as a plate with two mutually perpendicular grooves, which are located in one plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of flatcar.
