<p>The design is features of shape and configuration of the dispenser spout shown in solid lines in the drawings. The most significant features are the straight sides of the outer palm top from the curved portion to the tip as seen in Figures 5 and 6 and the raised touch pad as suggested in Figure 1 and as better shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4. The portions shown in broken lines do not form part of the design.
