The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to endocrinology and immunology for use in correction of pathologic immune process in diabetes mellitus type II.According to the invention the enhancement of effectiveness and decrease of treatment period is achieved by using antidiotypical antibodies to α-fetoprotein in a method of correction an organism immune state comprising administering antidiotypical antibodies.
