A fluorescent substance paste is provided to lower reflectivity of an incidence light and to improve a light room contrast. A fluorescent substance paste comprises: a fluorescent substance powder which embodies colors; a pigment containing at least any one of organic materials and inorganic materials which display black color to lower reflectivity of an incidence light; and a binder which imparts adhesive force to the fluorescent material powder. The pigment displays a dark color having a light reflectivity of 18% or less. The pigment is at least any one selected from cobalt-based pigments, copper-based pigments, carbon black, and carbon nanotubes.
