<p>Press button unit based on the piezoelectric conversion principle uses piezoelectric plastic films, pref. PVF2, for the signal emitter(s). Pref. it comprises a main body with a number of flat recesses equal to the desired number of signal emitters in the region of the actuating surfaces to be touched by the finger(s), with the piezoelectric film spanning the recesses. The piezoelectric film may be recovered with an elastic protective film, and bear conductor webs, for electrical connection in the manner of a printed circuit. The main body, piezoelectric film and protective film are pref. transparent at least in the region of the contact surfaces, and on the side opposite the contact side is a light source.</p> |
