<p>A machine to roll out dough to flat strips for feeding a crescent roll machine has two pressure rolls, one faced with two and the other with one back-up roll. The threads roll gaps become progressively smaller and the last two are fitted with scraper strips, made of extruded or moulded plastics. Machine is not restricted to dough of a narrow compsn. and after previous treatment. Most grades of dough can be rolled out uniformly and reliably without interference by the operator.</p> |
