Integrated diode matrix with coordinate conductors - has insulating plastics diode holder of U-section with comb shaped shanks

In the matrix the two groups of the coordinate conductors are interconnected by diodes which are mounted in a row with mutual spacing. One conductor group forms the input conductors, supplied with digital switching pulses of specified polarity. The other conductor groups in the other coordinate direction forms the output conductors. The connection by diodes is carried out in accordance with a given code. The output conductors cooperate with an electronic evaluating circuit. The diodes are retained in a component of electrically insulating plastics, which has a U section with comb-like shaped shanks. Pref. the diodes are mounted between conductive connections which provide the desired switching connection between several diodes.
