PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in size and the increase in volume production by forming at least two electrode patterns of copper on a substrate such as glass, selectively forming photosensitive resin thereon, accommodating and soldering a photoelectric element pellet on one of the electrode patterns and coating conductive paint between this pellet and other electrode pattern across the resin.
