PURPOSE:To prepare title compounds in high yield with high purity useful as a raw material of organic fine chemicals, by dissolving a bicyclic compound having azido groups at 2,2' position in a rigid glass solvent, cooling the solution to a highly viscous liquid or a solid, and irradiating with light.
