PURPOSE:To immediately inform a fault to a substitutive maintenance center without trying fault information to a suspending maintenance center by changing the informing destination of fault information of an information processor in accordance with an instruction from the maintenance center, and when the normally operating maintenance center is suspended, using the substitutive maintenance center as the informing destination. CONSTITUTION:A maintenance diagnostic device 1 includes a storage means 11, an information control means 12, an informed destination updating means 13, and a communication control means 14 and 1st and 2nd maintenance centers 41, 42 are connected to the means 12 through an exchange line network 3. The informing destination of fault information from the information processor 2 can be changed in accordance with the instructions outputted from the centers 41, 42, and when the normally operating center 41 is suspended, the substitutive maintenance center 42 is used as the informing destination. Consequently, the fault information can be immediately informed to the substitutive center 42 without trying fault information to the suspending center 41 and the concentration of information to one maintenance center when the other maintenance center is suspended out of the two maintenance centers prepared original centers can be resolved by utilizing a 3rd maintenance center. |
