发明名称 INTEGRATION OF FREE SPACE PLANER OPTICAL ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of strict mechanical matching by providing the surface of a substrate with a planar device which optically and mutually operates with a reflection level B planar optical device. CONSTITUTION: An input optical beam passing through a route 61 is added to a planar lens 62 manufactured on the base of the transparent substrate 60. The outer face (face detached from glass substrate) of the lens 62 is coated with a reflection layer for making the lens 62 into the reflection lens. Light passing through the planar lens 62 is reflected and it reaches the upper face of the substrate 60 but a planar beam splitter 63 is manufacture here. The outer face of the planar beam splitter 63 is coated with the reflection layer and the light beam passing through the planar beam splitter 63 is reflected. Then, it reaches the base of the substrate 60. Light reflected from a lens 64 goes out from the substrate 60 along a route 65. Thus, the complicated matching of mechanical constitution is eliminated.
