An artificial marble is provided to express luxurious images having clearness with depth and light reflective effects together with glittering effects. An artificial marble includes a light reflective transparent chip having a transparent layer(12) to be exposed to a surface of the marble and a light reflective layer(13) which is layered under the transparent layer, wherein the light reflective layer is manufactured from at least one material selected from a metal, a pearl and a glass flake. In particular, the transparent layer has a specific gravity of 0.2-2.0 and a light transmissivity of 70-100%, and employs at least one base resin selected from an acrylic resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polystyrene(PS), polycarbonate(PC) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET). Further, the transparent layer is a transparent chip of a base resin is an acrylic resin or an unsaturated polyester resin.
