A water cooled type cooling device of a mold is provided to install an induction member of a cross cool water passage formed until a position having great thermal load while crossing a cool water passage. A cool water passes through a mold. A cross cool water passage(12) is provided in a portion in which a thermal load is great and is in perpendicular to a cool water passage(11). The front end of an induction plate is inserted into a closed part of the front end of the cross cool water passage such that a cool water circulation passage is formed at two opposite sides of the cool water passage and the entrance of the cool water passage is sealed. A circular step having a diameter greater than the diameter of the cross cool water is formed at the entrance of the cool water passage. A support ring is formed the second end of the induction plate, in which the diameter of the support ring has the diameter of the circular step. A female screw is formed so that the support ring is linearly pushed until the support ring is engaged with the circular step. A position determining unit is formed to maintain the induction plate perpendicular to the cool water passage. A set screw is coupled such that the support ring is in contact with the entrance of the cross cool water passage.
