A sealing apparatus of a wide plastic band is provided to allow the wide plastic band be adhered without changing to a large capacity motor by reducing motor load, and to reduce abrasion of an oscillator support by including a flat plate bearing with long lifespan. A sealing apparatus of a wide plastic band having width more than 25mm comprises a housing(410), an eccentric center shaft(470), a connecting rod(450) and an oscillator(430). The eccentric center shaft has both ends supported to the housing. The connecting rod is connected to the eccentric center shaft. The oscillator has a front surface with a protruded hinge connected to the connecting rod, and generates friction heat to an adhered portion of the wide plastic band.
