METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING FUEL LEAK ON BI FUEL CAR

A method for diagnosing fuel leakage of a bi-fuel vehicle is provided to prevent fire by accurately diagnosing fuel leakage between a fuel tank and a pressure regulator. A method for diagnosing fuel leakage of a bi-fuel vehicle includes a step(101-107) of starting an engine, opening/closing a fuel cutoff valve for a predetermined time, and monitoring a fuel pressure signal between a fuel tank and a pressure regulator by a predetermined cycle, and a step(109-113) of judging whether the variation of fuel pressure monitored in the previous step is higher than a predetermined level, judging as fuel leakage between the fuel tank and the pressure regulator if the variation is higher than the predetermined level, and displaying the result of the judgment.
